Competitions
1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion is open to all residents in the WIN, 9 Adelaide and 9 Perth television viewing networks over the age of 18. Employees and immediate families of WIN Network television licensed companies, Channel 9 South Australia Pty Ltd, Swan TV and Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences Wednesday 16th January 2008 at 12:01am (Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT) and closes Monday March 10th 2008 at 11.59pm AEDT.
4. Participants may enter the promotion by watching WIN Television, 9 Adelaide and 9 Perth between Wednesday 16th January 2008 at 12:01am AEDT and Monday March 10th 2008 at 11.59pm AEDT and waiting for a cue to call, once this cue appears entrants must phone/sms to enter by leaving their name, state and contact telephone number. Participants may enter the promotion by calling and registering as many times as they like on 1902 552 004 (this number will be advertised on TV) and registering their name, state and phone number and/or via SMS on 1999 7223.
5. There will be 5 minor prizes awarded throughout promotional period and one major prize awarded at the end of the promotional period.
6. All correct entries will go into the draw to win. The major prize consists of a 42 inch Panasonic Home Theatre system. The minor prizes consist of 5 X Cricket Prize packs consisting of signed memorabilia and a cricket kit pack
7. Total Major Prize is as follows:

HD intergrated tuner.
1x Panasonic SCHT60 Surround Sound System
A set top box will not be included in the major prize as
theTV has an integrated tuner.

8. The Major Prize Draw will be conducted by Dialect Interactive at Level 9, 190 George Street, Sydney, NSW. 2000.

10. The total value of all prizes is $27,750.

12. The complete prize is non refundable, non transferable non redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be disregarded. The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize must be taken as offered and is not transferable or redeemable for cash Or goods and services.

15. Maximum call & SMS cost 55c including GST to Dialect Interactive. Higher rates apply from mobiles and payphones.
16. All prize winners will be notified:
a.) By mail;
b.) Winners of Minor prizes 1 to 3 will be advertised in the Public Notices Section of the ‘Australian’ Newspaper on 15th February 2008, ; Winners of Minor prizes 4 to 5 and the major prize winner will be advertised in the Public Notices Section of the ‘Australian’ Newspaper on 18th March 2008 and
c.) announced on WIN Television.
17. The promoter, and associated agencies will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition within government regulations. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
19. As a result of you entering the Promotion, the Promoter will collect certain personal information about you, such as your telephone number and email address. Unless you object, this information may be used to (i) send you news, information about our other promotions or products and/or general marketing material which the Promoter believes may be of interest to you; (ii) provide you with news, information and material in relation to the Promotion; (iii) monitor who is entering the Promotion; (iv) profile entrants. The Promoter may share your personal information for any purpose incidental to your entering into and our operation of the Promotion.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to receive further information from the Promoter, its partners, contractors and agents delivered via SMS to the mobile phone you use to enter the Promotion or via mail to the postal address you give us in your SMS/telephone entry. If you wish to stop receiving this information, you may do so in writing or reply STOP to the SMS at any time and your details will be removed from the Promoter’s database. The Promoter collects your information so that you can participate in the Promotion. If you do not give the Promoter the information, you cannot participate. The Promoter may use this information for the purposes of the conduct of the Promotion and the compilation of survey results and evidence. The Promoter may disclose this information to third parties who provide us with administrative services. This information will be stored at the office of the promoter. By entering the Promotion, you consent to us using and disclosing your personal information in these ways.
In addition, Dialect Interactive Pty Ltd will be providing the Promoter with services that permit the running of the Promotion. In doing so and for that purpose, Dialect will collect your details and provide them to us and others for that same purpose. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in this Promotion. You may access your personal information collected by visiting www.dialectinteractive.com.au.
If you advise us that you do not wish us to use your personal information for any particular purpose, the Promoter will endeavour to take the necessary measures to meet your request. Exceptions to this are: (i) where the Promoter are required to disclose information by law; (ii) where the Promoter believes that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to assist a law enforcement agency or an agency responsible for government or public security as a necessary part of their business; and (iii) if the Promoter notify you of an intended use or disclosure of your information and you do not object to that use or disclosure.
20. If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on Wednesday 12/06/2008 at the same time and place as the initial draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Any winners of the unclaimed prize draw will have their details published in the Australian Friday 20/06/08
