ROB SCOTT- Crime Reporter

Originally from Zimbabwe, Rob moved to Australia when he was just 18 to pursue a degree in Media Studies at Murdoch University in Perth.

After graduating with 1st class honours, Rob was lucky enough to secure a job with the ABC in Kalgoorlie.

After 13 months in the red dust of the Goldfields Rob, was promoted to the Perth newsroom, where he reported for both radio and television for another year and a half.

Rob was then approached by Channel 9 to become the Police and Crime reporter…an opportunity he grabbed with both hands and he’s never looked back!

If he’s not found hanging around Police Headquarters in the City or visiting the many detective offices throughout Perth, Rob is probably at the rugby supporting the Western Force or watching TV…barracking for the Zimbabwean cricket team!
